SHIPPING PROCESS

The average processing time is approximately 3 to 10 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. Some order can take between 5-10 business days to process. Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

 

SHIPPING TIME 

For USPS/UPS within the USA, the deliveries usually take between 3 to 10 business days for most orders.

For DHL/UPS International the deliveries usually take between 4-12 business days for most orders.

For Standard Registered Mail deliveries usually take between 3-6 weeks for most orders.

However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased or where you live, and can be affected by different factors such as customs or delayed shipping. After you receive your tracking number, please allow 1 to 3 days for the tracking to be updated, however, when there is no update after 3 days, please contact us at [email protected] and we will conduct an investigation immediately. 


MULTIPLE PACKAGES 

Multiple items require multiple shipments. Please note that due to the increased risk of damage for the big and heavy packages as well as working with many suppliers across the world, the shipment will be divided into separate packages if required. 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, once your order has been shipped we'll update you with a tracking number. A link to the tracking page will be supplied through the shipment email. Please note with Standard Registered Mail there is no step-by-step tracking. You will receive a final out for delivery email as soon as it reaches it's final destination. This helps to keep the cost down for you.

Please note that the tracking to certain countries only update upon arrival within the country. So don't worry if you are having trouble tracking your items. Don't hesitate to email us at [email protected]  if the standard shipping times has passed. 

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 

Customs duties are taxes charged on imported goods which means the buyer (importer) is responsible for them. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. In case you incur any import duties; you need to pay the import duty charges in order to receive the parcel. If you do not accept(refuse) the parcel or you are unavailable to receive it for any reason and it is returned; we have to pay the import duty to your country as well in our country, once the parcel reaches back along with the shipping charge for the parcel on its return journey. We adjust the total duties and total shipping charges incurred against the amount paid by you and share the balance with you. Please note that you will not be entitled to a refund if there is no remaining balance after the fees are deducted. 

HOLIDAY SEASONS

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates. For Christmas, we highly recommend ordering during our yearly Black Friday Cyber Monday sales. Anything ordered past is not guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.
