At Kpop Exchange, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy before making a purchase.


📦 SHIPPING PROCESS

The average order processing time is 3 to 10 business days, depending on:

  • The stock status of individual items
  • Seasonal demand (holidays, sales, etc.)
  • Warehouse processing times

Some orders may take 5 to 10 business days to process, especially for multiple-item purchases. The longest processing time will apply to orders with more than one item.


🚚 SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method:

  • USPS/UPS (USA): 3 to 10 business days
  • DHL/UPS (International): 4 to 12 business days
  • Standard Registered Mail: 3 to 6 weeks

📌 Important Notes:

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
  • Once you receive your tracking number, allow 1 to 3 days for it to update.
  • If there is no tracking update after 3 days, contact us at [email protected], and we will investigate immediately.

📦 MULTIPLE PACKAGES

For large or heavy items and orders with multiple products, shipments may be sent in separate packages due to:

  • Risk of damage for bulky items
  • Different warehouse locations and supplier availability

Each package will have its own tracking number if applicable.


📌 SHIPPING FOR PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Pre-order items have different processing and shipping timelines.

📌 Key Details:
✔ Pre-order shipping dates depend on the manufacturer's release schedule.
✔ Estimated release and shipping dates will be provided on the product page, but they are subject to change by the manufacturer.
✔ If you order both pre-order and in-stock items in one purchase, your order will only ship once all items are available.
✔ If you want to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

💡 If a pre-order date changes, we will notify you via email as soon as we receive updates from the manufacturer.


📍 ORDER TRACKING

Yes! Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email.

📌 Tracking Limitations:

  • Standard Registered Mail does not provide detailed step-by-step tracking. You will receive a final delivery update once the package reaches its destination.
  • Some international shipments only update once they arrive in your country—this is normal.

💰 CUSTOM DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

📌 Who Pays for Customs?

  • Customs duties are taxes charged on imported goods, and the buyer (importer) is responsible for these charges.
  • By purchasing from Kpop Exchange, you agree that your order may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

📌 What If I Refuse to Pay Customs Fees?

  • If you refuse the package or it is returned due to unpaid customs, we must cover:
    ✔ Import duties in both your country and our country
    ✔ Return shipping fees
  • We will deduct these costs from your refund (issued as a store gift card)—if there is no remaining balance, a refund will not be issued.

🎁 HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPPING

Planning to give Kpop Exchange items as gifts? Please order in advance!

  • Holiday shipping times may be delayed due to high order volume.
  • For Christmas gifts, we highly recommend purchasing during our Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales.
  • Orders placed in December are NOT guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
