Refund PolicyUpdated a year ago

All sales on clothing, footwear, hair accessories, jewelry plush figures are final. We accept returns for refunds, for items damaged in transit or defective items. 

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations/changes must be requested within 48 hours after you receive a confirmation email about your order for you to receive a FULL refund. Any orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Refunds and Exchanges:

We accept returns for an item in its original unopened condition (taken out of plastic shrink wrap/seal broken) for a refund as long as its within 14 days of the purchase date. 

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any opened or used merchandise cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

To initiate a refund, please email us at [email protected] and we're happy to assist. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, a photo of the unopened/sealed merchandise and the reason you wish to return. Once we receive your request we will provide additional instructions.

If items returned to us from buyer's country due to wrong shipping address or unclaimed case, we will refund item price only and if buyers want is to ship the items back again, buyers need to pay the shipping cost again.

In the event item is lost due to wrong shipping address, buyer needs to pay for the whole order again if he/she wants to receive the order and refund is not applicable.

Shipping the Merchandise

If your return or exchange is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us. Please ensure that the merchandise is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the merchandise and verify that it meets the criteria for a refund or exchange, we will process your request within 2-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

 

Refund and Exchanges for Electronics:

Electronics include any product that requires a battery such as a Lightstick. Manufacturers and suppliers have implemented restrictions that prevent Kpop Exchange from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements or credits on their products in the event it is defective. Support as well as exchanges or replacements for products with manufacturer or supplier restrictions must be handled directly with the product manufacturer.

Merchandise Exceptions

Plush Figures - All sales are final and cannot be returned.

Clothing - All sales are final and cannot be returned.

Jewelry - All sales are final and cannot be returned.

Footwear/Socks - All sales are final and cannot be returned.

Hair Accessories - All sales are final and cannot be returned.

Cosmetics/Beauty All sales are final and cannot be returned.

Album & DVD - Cannot be returned if opened.

Light Sticks/Electronics - Cannot be returned if opened.
 

Please note that international shipping is expensive and may involve customs fees for some countries, therefore we recommend you check the cart and the shipping information very carefully to avoid having to cancel or return requests otherwise you will pay round trip shipping fees and possible customs fees.
